This interim amendment was developed by the General Services
Administration, Federal Supply Service, Washington, DC 204U6,
baaed upon currently available technical information. It is
recommended that Federal agencies use it in procurement and
forward recommendations for changea to the preparing activity
at the address
shown above.
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of
this interim amendment as a valid exception to Fe’deral Specifi-
cation HH-P-1784 dated .4pril 19, 1973.

4.7 CERI’IFICATION:
A certificate of compliance shall be
acceptable as proof that the product
being of’f’eredmeets the
requirements of paragraphs 3.2, 3.3, and
3.4, provided the
contractor furnishes actual tesi results, acceptable to the
Government,
indicating that tests have
been performed to
substantiate the certification.
The certificate shall state
