1. SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Scope. This specification covers treated and untreated. solid woven, belting intended for use for
conveyor or power transmission belting purposes,

modity as indicated by the title of the specification, or which are commercially available. but are intended
to cover onlv those generallv used bv the Federal Government.
1.2 Classification.
1.2.1 Types, classes, grades, and styles.
