3.
REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Material.
3.1.1 Webbing. The webbing shall not be
less than 2-ply cotton, or cotton-nylon yarn,
both warp and filling.
8.1.2 BttckZe and end dip, Buckle and end
clip shall be formed of steel strip, cold
rolled, tempers No. 4 or 5 of QQ-S-698. The
minimum thickness of the buckle shall
0.060-inch, and the minimum thickness
the end clip shall be 0.040-inch.
