1. SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Scopee This specification covers the requirement for vegetable tanned
cattlehidestrap leather (see 6.1).

1.2 Classification. The strap leather shall be furnished in the following
types and classes, as specified (see 6.2):
Type I - Sides
Type II - Backs
Type III - Bends
