SCOPE
Scope. This specification covers two classes of technical grade orthophosphoric acid,
commonly called phosphoric acid.
1.2
Classification. Orthophosphoric acid shall be of the following classes as specified (see
6.2)

Class 1 - 85 percent acid
Class 2
- 75 percent acid
