provided a material safety data sheet ac the time of concract award. The MSDS
shall be provided in accordancewith the requirementsof FED-STD-313 and 29 CFR
M1O.12OO, Hazard CommunicationStandard. When FED-ST’D-313is at variance with
the CFR, 29 CFR 1910.1200 shall take precedence. FED-STD-313 shall be modified
and supplemented accordingly.
The HSDS shall be included with each shipment of
tha material covered by this specification(sea 6.5).”
