This Notice is to correct Distribution Statement D date for safeguard critical technology.
MIL-STD-1217D dated 23 September 2010 had DRAFT for the date for safeguarding
critical technology. The following is the corrected Distribution Statement D with
corrected
date.
U.S. DoD contractors only to safeguard critical technology as determined on 23 September
2010. Other requests for this document shall be referred to the Office of the Project
Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems, ATTN: SFAE-AMO-MAS, Picatinny
Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000.
