I. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specificationcoverstie hose nozzleswhich are for use with aqueous film
formingfoam (AFFF) sea water solution or sea water/fr6h water only either in straight stream or
adjustable spray patterns.

121 Nozzle ~ size and capacity.The nozzle type, size and capaci~ shall be identified by a
code as follows
Type I - Bail handle operated
Code T1-1 - Size 1-1/2inchpistolgripwithfreeswivelcoupling-95
