MILITARY SPECIFICATION
PIPE, STEEL:
WATER-WELL, WITH COUPLING
This specification is approved for use by all Depart-
ments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope.
This specification covers water-well reamed and drifted pipe
and driven well pipe with couplings.
1.2 Classification.
Pipe shall be the following types and sizes, as
specified (see 6.2):
Nominal
size
4-inch
6-inch
8-inch
10-inch
12-inch
Type 111 -
Driven-well pipe.
Nominal size
2-inch
