This manual implements Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure. It establishes evaluation criteria
for initial (INIT) and periodic aircrew qualification for all units operating C-145A Aircraft. It is
used in conjunction with AFI 11-202, V2, Aircrew Standardization/Evaluation Program. This
manual applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force and Air
Force Reserve. It does not apply to the Air National Guard. The applicable System of Records
Notice F011 AF XO A, Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) is available at:

about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847,
Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through the
