This addendum implements Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, and AFMAN 11-202, Vol 3,
Flight Operations. It establishes procedures for the operation of MC-130J and EC-130J aircraft
to accomplish their worldwide operational and training missions and establishes basic cargo
compartment configuration, standard equipment, and location of such equipment aboard the
EC/MC-130J aircraft. This manual applies to civilian employees and uniformed members of the
Air Force’s Regular Air Force (RegAF), Air Force Reserve (AFR), and Air National Guard
(ANG) when flying the EC-130J or MC-130J. It provides the most acceptable guidance and
procedures for most circumstances, but does not replace sound judgment. This addendum
