This manual implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations, and is
consistent with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200 Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, and AFI 11-202V2, Aircrew
Standardization and Evaluation Program. It establishes Air Force standards for basic
qualification, mission qualification, and evaluation of personnel performing aircrew duties in
HH-60G aircraft. It applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air
Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard operating HH-60G aircraft. This manual
requires the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974
authorized by Title 37 United States Code Section 301a, Incentive Pay: Aviation Career, and
Executive Order 9397, Numbering System for Federal Accounts Relating to Individual Persons.

primary responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of
Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through Stan/Eval channels to the OPR. Parent
major commands (MAJCOMs)/direct reporting unites (DRUs)/field operating agencies (FOAs)
