This publication implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations; AFPD
11-4, Aviation Service; and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, along with Air Force Manual
(AFMAN) 11-202V1, Aircrew Training; and Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 11-
401, Aviation Management. This publication establishes Air Force (AF) standards for basic
qualification, mission qualification, and continuation training for personnel performing aircrew
duties in HH-60W aircraft. This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed
members of the Regular Air Force (RegAF), Air Force Reserve (AFR), and Air National Guard
(ANG) operating HH-60W aircraft. This publication does not apply to the United States Space
Force. This manual requires the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the
Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by Title 37 United States Code 301a, Incentive Pay: aviation
career; Public Law 92-204, Appropriations Act for 1973; Section 715 Public Law 93-570,
