This publication implements Air Force Policy Document (AFPD) 11-2 Aircrew Operations and
Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training, Standardization/Evaluation, and General
Operations Structure. This instruction establishes basic cargo compartment configuration,
standard equipment, and location of such equipment aboard the MC-130H aircraft. This addenda
applies to civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force and Air Force
Reserve unless explicitly otherwise provided. This publication does not apply to the Air
National Guard (ANG)/National Guard Bureau. Refer recommended changes and questions
about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the Air Force (AF)
Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field
through the appropriate functional chain of command. Unless prescribed within this publication,
requests for waivers must be submitted through chain of command to the OPR listed above for
consideration and approval. The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this
publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”), as defined in paragraph 1.1 Ensure
that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in
accordance with Air Force Instruction 33-322, Records Management and Information
Governance Program, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition
Schedule located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
