This manual implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations; Air Force
Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training, Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations
Structure; and Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 11-202 Volume 1, Aircrew Training. It establishes
the minimum Air Force standards for training and qualifying personnel performing aircrew duties
in the U-2. This publication applies to all uniformed members of the Regular Air Force. This
publication does not apply to the United States Space Force, the Air National Guard (ANG), or the
Air Force Reserve (AFR). This publication requires the collection and or maintenance of
information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by Department of Defense (DoD)
5400.11-R, DoD Privacy Program. The applicable SORN F011 AF XO A, Aviation Resource

Change of Publication; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional
