This publication implements Department of the Air Force Policy Directive (DAFPD) 11-2,
Aircrew Operations, is consistent with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, and supports Air Force Manual
(AFMAN) 11-202V1, Aircrew Training. It establishes specific guidance for the training of aircrew
members of the WC-130J aircraft. This manual applies to all civilian employees and uniformed
members of the Regular Air Force and Air Force Reserve supporting and operating WC-130J
aircraft. This manual does not apply to the United States Space Force. Compliance with the
attachments in this publication is mandatory. This manual requires the collection and or
maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by Title 10 United
States Code (USC) Section 9013, Secretary of the Air Force, and Executive Order 13478,
Amendments to Executive Order 9397 Relating to Federal Agency Use of Social Security Numbers.

System (ARMS); F036 AF PC C, Military Personnel Records System; and F036 AF PC Q,
