This publication implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations, is
consistent with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, and supports AFI 11-202V2,
Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Program. It establishes specific guidance for the
standardization and evaluation of aircrew members of the WC-130J aircraft. This manual applies
to uniformed members and civilian employees of the Air Force Reserve. This manual does not
apply to the United States Space Force. This manual requires the collection and or maintenance
of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by Title 5 United States Code
Section 552a and Executive Order 9397, Numbering System for Federal Accounts Relating to
Individual Persons. The applicable System of Records Notices (SORNs), F011 AF XO A,
Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS); F036 AF PC C, Military Personnel records
System; and F036 AF PC Q, Personnel Data System (MILPDS), are available at:

processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and

Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the office of primary
responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route
AF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command. This manual
may be supplemented at any level, but all supplements that directly implement this publication
must be routed to the OPR for coordination prior to certification and approval. The authorities to
waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2,
