This publication implements Department of the Air Force Policy Directive (DAFPD) 11-2,
Aircrew Operations, and supports Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training,
Standardization/Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 11-
202V3, Flight Operations, and AFI 10-801, Defense Support of Civil Authorities. Compliance
with Attachment 2 in this publication is mandatory. This publication applies to all uniformed
members and civilian employees of the Air Force Reserve. This publication does not apply to the
