This manual implements Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training, Standardization/
Evaluation, and General Operations Structure, and AFMAN 11-202, Vol. 3, Flight Operations.
This manual applies to civilian employees and uniformed members of the Department of the Air
Force’s Regular Air Force (RegAF), Air Force Reserve (AFR), and Air National Guard (ANG)
when flying the EC-130J. This manual provides the most acceptable guidance and procedures
for most circumstances but does not replace sound judgement. This manual requires the
collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by
Title 10 United States Code (USC), Section 9013, Secretary of the Air Force. The applicable
