1. PURPOSE. This advisory circular (AC) provides guidance for towbar and towbarless
movement of aircraft.
2. APPLICABILITY. The guidance in this AC applies to all Operators under Title 14 of the
Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 91, 91K, 121, 125, 129, and 135.
