1. PURPOSE. This advisory circular (AC) provides guidance for towbar and towbarless
movement of aircraft.
2. PRINICIPLE CHANGES. This change incorporates minor changes and updates throughout
the AC, and a new appendix to AC 00-65 has been added. Information regarding whom you may
contact with questions regarding information in this AC, and where you may obtain a copy, are
also included.
