10. PREPAR4T10N 1NSTRUCTIONS
10.1 Format. The Provisioning Data CoveI Page shall be the NAVSEA Form 4423/3.
10.2 Content. The Provisioning Data Cover Page shall contain the data fields as specified on the DD Form 1423
Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
10.3 Media requirements. The media required for this cover page shall be specified on the DD Form 1423 Contmct
Data Requirements List (CDRL).
10.4 The cover page shall be prepared for each Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN) package for which a
Provisioning Parts List (PPL) is submitted, for each PCCN package that will be submitted (Advanced RfCs), and for
each PCCN package for which a configuration-only (CORIC) will be developed.
