Use/relationship: This information will be used by the Government to monitor monthly
average spend rates compared to average bid rate averages.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated
by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Requirements:
1. Format. The report shall be presented in a format similar to that of Figures 1 and 2.
2. Content. The report shall contain all information specified in Figures 1 and 2 and shall also
include the following:
a. Incurred cost to the contract line item number (CLIN funding source) level, by base and
option year, as applicable and shall include the following:
1) Man-hours
2) Total Fee Bearing Cost
3) Base Fee
4) Award Fee
5) Facilities Capital Cost (FCC)
6) Total Cost Plus Fee
b. Contract Values and subsequent delta between expenditures and contract values, by
elements identified in alpha a.
c. Funding remaining to be invoiced separated by elements identified in item 2.a.
d. Ceiling remaining to be invoiced separated by elements identified in item 2.a.
e. Contract rates, funded rates and spend rates, identified by Fully Burdened Cost (FBC),
FCC and Total.
