Use/Relationship: The report is used to document and provide Objective Quality Evidence
(OQE) evidence of the contractor’s Hydrostatic Test. It is used by the Government to certify the
hydraulic system.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated
by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Requirements:
1. Format. The Report shall be in contractor’s format.
2. Content. The Report shall contain:
a. Test result.
b. Clear description of the work requirement.
