FEDERAL STANDARD
STEEL: CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND HARDENABILITY
FED-STD-66D, dated 8 March 1979, is hereby cancelled. This federal
standard is superseded by SAE AIR4127, “Steel: Chemical Composition and
Hardenability". SAE AIR4127 was DoD adopted on 19 March 2009.
CAUTION: The supersession information is valid as of the date of this
notice and may be superseded by subsequent revisions of the superseding
document.
