This cancellation is approved by the Assistant Administrator,
Office of Supply and Services, .General Services Administration.
Federal Standard 74A, dated June 28, 1963, is canceled, the following ANSI
Standards should be used in 1ieu of Federal Standard 74A:
C57.12.00. - General Requirements for Liquid-immersed Distribution, Power, and
Regulating Transformers.
C57.12.1O - Requirements for Transformers 23,000 Volts and 8elow, 833/958
through 8333/10 417 KVA, Single Phase, and 750/862 through
60 000/80 000/100000 KVA, Three Phase.
C57.12.80 - Terminology for Power and Distribution Transformers.
C57.12.90 - Test Code for Liquid-immersed Distribution, Power, and Regulating
Transformers and Guide for Short Circuit Testing of Distribution
and Power Transformers.
