The following changes to Fed.
Test Method Std. No. 311 dated
January 15,
1969, have been approved by the Commissioner,
Federal Supply Service, General Services Administration for
the use of all Federal agencies.
1.
Delete Section 2 and substitute the attached Section 2.
2.
Delete methods 3021.1, 3041, 3211.1, 4211.1, 7011 and 8011.1, and
substitute the following attached revised methods:
3021.2, 3041.1, 3211.2,
4211.2, 7011.1 and 8011.2.
3.
Add the following new methods: 2061, 2171, and 8151.
4.
Delete the following methods: 3011 and 8141. Test requirements are
contained in methods 3031
