submission of (Material) Safety Data Sheets (M)SDS by contractors who provide

interchangeably in this document.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) definition for

use, transportation and environmentally acceptable disposal of hazardous
materials by government activities.
1.3 Application. Full compliance to the requirements of this standard
is not applicable to contractors before June 1, 2015. Until then,
contractors may still prepare and submit safety data sheets meeting the
previous version of this standard.
2. Applicable Documents.

effect on the date of invitation for bids or request for proposal, form
