PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION
REELING MACHINE, CABLE, HAND RL-31( )

1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers a lightweight, portable, hand operated reel unit
designated as Reeling Machine, Cable, Hand RL-31( ) (see 6.1).
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

specification. This section does not include documents cited in other sections of this specification
