AIRPLANE STRENGTH AflilRIGIDITY
GROUND TESTS
This amendment forms a part of MIL-A-8867C(AS),dated 10 June 1987, and is approved
for use within the Naval Air Systems Command, Department of the Navy, and is
available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Departmentof Oefense.

Delete items “h” and “i” and substitute:
“h. Proof tests for flight articles.”
PAGE 2
2.1.1:
Delete “NIL-A-8870Airplane Strength and Rigidity- Vibration, Flutter, and
Divergence.”

3.1.1: Delete and substitute:
“3.1.1 Terininolo~. Oefinltlons and symbols are in accordance with 6.5 through
6.5.14 herein, and MIL-A-8860.”

3.3: Oelete the last sentence and substitute:
