dated 16 November 1979, and is approved
for use by all Departments
and Agencies of the Department of Defense.

Delete and substitute the title of this amendment.

Scope, line 3:
Change the period at the end of the first sentence to a
comma and add:
“missiles, boosters and allied vehicles.”
