FLUX, SOLDERING, LIQUID, PASTE FLUX,
SOLDER PASTE AND SOLDER-PASTE FLUX,
(FOR ELECTRONIC/ELECTRICAL USE),
GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR
MIL-F-14256F, dated 26 April 1993, and Amendment 1 dated 18 May 1994, are hereby
canceled. Future acquisitions should refer to American National Standards J-STD-004,
“Requirements for Soldering Fluxes”; J-STD-005, “Requirements for Soldering Pastes”; and J-
STD-006, “Requirements for Electronic Grade Solder Alloys and Fluxed and Non-Fluxed Solid
Solders for Electronic Soldering Applications”, for flux and solder alloy materials.
(DoD activities may obtain copies of American National Standards J-STD-004, J-STD-
005, and J-STD-006 from the Standardization Document Order Desk, 700 Robbins Avenue,
Building 4D, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. The private sector and other Government agencies
