FASTENER, EXTERNALLY THREADED, 250”F
SELF-LOCKING ELEMENT FOR
This specification is mandatory for use by all Departments
and Agencies of the Department of Defense
1. SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers the self-iocking element to be used
in
externally threaded fasteners, such as bolts and screws, to be used in Applica-
tions where the temperatures will not exceed 250”F.
