This specification has been approved by the Department of Defense and is man-
datory for use by the Departments of the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force.
1. SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers a mixing and
transfer unit for the continuous mixing of thick-
ener with gasoline and the transfer of the
thickened fuel into mechanized flamethrowers.
