Military Specification MIL+-6874, dated 7 August 195(1,is hereby
reinstated and may be used for acquisition.
The
Naval Air Systems
Command (AS) hereby assumes preparing activity
responsibility in
lieu of the U.S. Amy Materials and Mechanics Research Center (lilt).
(Copies of specifications, standards, drawings, and publications
required by ~nufacturers in connection with the specific
acqu~sition functions should be obtainea from the contracting
activity or as directed by the contracting officer.)
