manual is acceptableas written but is not identifiedwith a publicationnumber
and date furnished by the procuring activity.
When the commercialmanual is
acceptable,
as written,
and requiresno supplementaltechnicaldata, but is not
identifiedwith a publicationnumber and date suppliedby the procuringactivity,
the identifyingtechnicalpublicationsheet shall be preparedin accordancewith
Figure 1.
When supplemental
data must be euppliedto make the cocsnercialmanual
completeor adequate,
an identifyingtechnicalpublicationsheet shall be prepared
in accordancewith Figure2.”
