1. SCOPE

are applied to a manual for Army use, it will be
designated as a “non-authenticated” manual.

specification are not appJicdde to all Depart-
ments and Agencies of rhe Department of De-
fense. The paragraph text is prefixed with the
letters (A) Arm y, (N) Navy, (MC) Marine Corps,
(F) Air Force, (DSA) Defense Supply Agency, as
applicable. The word “All” indicates that the
paragraph is applicable to all Departments and
Agencies of the Department of Defense.
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1 The following documents, of the issue in
effect on date of invitation for bids or request
for propmal, form a part of this specification to
the extent specified herein.
