This instruction implements Air Force Policy Directive 10-18, Foreign Governmental Aircraft Use
of United States Air Force Airfields. It provides guidance and procedures for coordinating,
approving, and supporting foreign governmental aircraft landings at United States Air Force
(USAF) installations (Active, Guard and Reserve), USAF support facilities at foreign airfields and
USAF ramps at civil airports hosting Air National Guard (ANG), and United States Air Force
Reserve (USAFR) units. Compliance with this instruction is mandatory and applies to all military
and civilian Air Force personnel, members of the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, and
other individuals or organizations as required by binding agreement or obligation with the
Department of the Air Force. This publication requires the collection and/or maintenance of
information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974. Forms affected by the Privacy Act have an
appropriate Privacy Act Statement. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes
prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363,
Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS)
in the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS). Refer recommended
changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility using the AF
Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route Air Force Forms 847 from the field
through the appropriate functional chain of command. The authorities to waive wing/unit level
requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following
