This manual implements Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training and is consistent
with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 11-202V1, Aircrew Training.” It establishes standards for
qualification, mission qualification, continuation, and upgrade training for aircrew members
operating the MC-12W aircraft. This manual is applicable to the Air National Guard (ANG). This
manual is not applicable to Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). This publication does not apply
to the United States Space Force (USSF). This Instruction requires the collection and or
maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by Department of
Defense Directive (DoDD) 5400.11, DoD Privacy Program. The applicable System of Records
Notice (SORN) F011 AF XO A, Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS) is available at

processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and
Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records

Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary
Responsibility (OPR) using the Air Force (AF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of
Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate chain of command. This
publication may be supplemented at any level, but all Supplements must be routed to the OPR of
this publication for coordination prior to certification and approval. The authorities to waive
wing/unit level, requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”)
number following the compliance statement. Submit requests for waivers through the chain of
command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the requestors’
