SUMMARY OF CHANGES
This document has been substantially revised and needs to be completely reviewed. Major
changes include changing the name from Intra-Service Support Agreements to Support
Agreements to better align with DoDI 4000.19. It also includes reference to the Air Force
Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) – created after the publication of the
previous AFPD 25-2 – to manage base operations support functions for the Air Force enterprise.
