This instruction implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 25-2, Support Agreements,
Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 5100.03, Support of the Headquarters of Combatant
and Subordinate Unified Commands, and Deputy Secretary of Defense Memorandum,
Designation of the Secretary of the Air Force as Interim Combatant Command Support Agent for
U.S. Space Command, 15 April 2019. It identifies the Unified Combatant Commands (UCC) and
subordinate UCCs that are supported by the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and provides
guidance for that support. This instruction applies to all DAF civilian and uniformed members of
the Regular Air Force, United States Space Force (USSF), Air Force Reserve (AFR) and Air
National Guard (ANG) that provide Combatant Command headquarters (HQ) support. Ensure all
records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force
Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are
disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule which is located in the
Air Force Records Information Management System. Refer recommended changes and questions
about this publication to the office of primary responsibility (OPR) using the DAF Form 847,
Recommendation for Change of Publication; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through the
appropriate functional chain of command. This Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI)
may be supplemented at any level, but all supplements that directly implement this publication
must be routed to SAF/AAIP the Air Force Departmental Publishing Office (AFDPO) for
coordination prior to certification and approval. The authorities to waive wing, unit, or delta level
