This volume implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations, and Air
Force Instruction (AFI) 11-200, Aircrew Training, Standardization/Evaluation, and General
Operations Structure. It establishes the aircrew training guidance for Operational Support Airlift
/Executive Airlift (OSA/EA), C-32, C-37, C-40 and VC-25 aircraft to safely and successfully
accomplish their mobility mission. This is a specialized publication intended for use by Airmen
who have graduated from technical training related to this publication. This manual applies to all
civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air
National Guard. Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the OPR
listed above using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF
