This volume establishes criteria and procedures for F-15C flight evaluations and implements
AFPD 11-2, Aircrew Operations, and AFPD 11-4, Aviation Service, and references AFI 11-200,
Aircrew Training, Standardizations, and General Operations Procedures, and AFI 11-202V2,
Aircrew Standardization/Evaluation Program. It applies to all F-15C units, including those in the
Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve and the Air National Guard.
This Manual requires the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy
Act of 1974 authorized by Title 10 United States Code Chapter 857 and Title 37 United States
Code Section 301a Incentive Pay, Public Law 92-204, Section 715, Appropriations Act for 1973,
Public Law 93-570, Appropriations Act for 1974, and Public Law 93-294, Aviation Career
Incentive Act of 1974, and Executive Order 13478, Amendments to Executive Order 9397 Relating
to Federal Agency Use of Social Security Numbers. The applicable SORN F011 AF XO A,
Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) is available at:

Major Commands (MAJCOM), Direct Reporting Units (DRU), and Field Operating Agencies
(FOA) may forward proposed MAJCOM/ DRU/FOA-level supplements to this volume through
Air Combat Command (ACC)/A3TV to Air Force (AF)/A3O-AI for approval prior to publication.
After approved and published, MAJCOM/ DRU/FOA office of primary responsibility (OPR) will
provide copies of those supplements to ACC/A3TV and the user MAJCOM/DRU/FOA OPRs.
Field units below MAJCOM/DRU/FOA level will forward copies of their supplements to this
