This volume implements AFPD 11-2, Aircraft Operations; AFPD 11-4, Aviation Service; and
references AFI 11-202V2, Aircrew Standardization/Evaluation Program. It applies to all United
States Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard (ANG) B-2 units. This manual does not apply
to Air Force Reserve (AFR) units. Major Commands (MAJCOMs)/Direct Reporting Units
(DRUs)/ Field Operating Agencies (FOAs) are to forward proposed MAJCOM/DRU/FOA-level
supplements to this volume to Headquarters (HQ) United States Air Force (USAF)/A3XI, through
HQ Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC)/A3TV, for approval prior to publication in
accordance with (IAW) AFPD 11-2. Copies of approved and published MAJCOM/DRU/FOA-
level supplements will be provided to HQ USAF/A3XI, HQ AFGSC/A3TV, the user organizations
and National Guard Bureau’s offices of primary responsibility by the issuing organizations. Field
units will forward copies of their supplements to this publication to their parent
MAJCOM/DRU/FOA office of primary responsibility for review. Note: The reference to Direct
Reporting Unit and Field Operating Agency in this paragraph refer only to those organizations that
report directly to HQ USAF. Keep supplements current by complying with AFI 33-360,
Publications and Forms Management.
This manual requires the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy
Act of 1974 authorized by Title 10 United States Code Section 8013, Secretary of the Air Force
and Executive Order 13478, Amendment to Executive Order 9397 Relating to Federal Agency
Use of Social Security Numbers. Forms affected by the PA have an appropriate PA statement.
