SUBJECT: Separation Counseling – 1LT Joe R. Snuffy, 000-00-000, IN
1. 1LT Joe R. Snuffy, 000-00-000, IN, has been counseled by the undersigned IAW AR
600-8-24, Chapter 1, Para 1-12. The officer was counseled on the following points:
a. Opportunities available in a military career.
b. The officer’s previously achieved investment in the Army.
c. Completion of all active duty service obligations.
d. Determination that the officer is not under investigation, pending results of
trial, or pending elimination.
e. Determination that the officer is not AWOL, confined, suffering from
severe mental disease or defect, or in default in respect to public property
or funds.
f. Encouraged to continue to service in a Reserve Component of the Army.
2. The officer is eligible for voluntary separation IAW AR 600-8-24, Chapter 1, Para 1-
11. I recommend approval and that the officer receives an Honorable Discharge
Certificate.
