1. SITUATION. ADD: This FRAGO revises Annex B. The revision provides updates for
procedures to review Soldier expiration of term of service, and promotion eligibility.
Additionally it adds information concerning cross-leveling Soldiers without sufficient
remaining contractual obligation time for mobilization and addresses the disposition of
Soldiers mobilized and deployed without sufficient remaining contractual obligation time for
mobilization plus 90 days. An example memorandum (Annex J) is provided to assist in
releasing Soldiers from theater.
