To require the Secretary of Defense report on the domestic
content requirements major defense acquisition pro-
grams, to establish an enhanced domestic content re-
quirement for certain procurements, and for other pur-
poses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Military Industrial Na-4
tional Defense Supply Act of 2023’’ or the ‘‘MINDS Act’’. 5
