1. REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE
This Directive:
1.1. Reissues reference (a).
1.2. Regulates the Department of Defense MEO Program and assigns responsibilities for
ensuring DoD-wide compliance with the broad program objectives outlined in references (b),
(c), and (d).
1.3. Provides for education and training in EO and human relations.
