REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE
This Directive:
1.1. Reissues and renames reference (a); consolidates the information previously contained
in reference (b); establishes policies and responsibilities for the military construction program
and the use of DoD construction agents in the design or construction of military construction
program facilities (reference (c)); and cancels reference (d).
1.2. Delegates statutory authorities and responsibilities relating to military construction.
