1. REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE
This Directive:
1.1. Reissues reference (a) and supersedes references (b) and (c).
1.2. Implements, establishes policy, and assigns responsibility for DoD domestic T2
activities under reference (d), as they apply to the Department of Defense, and under 10
U.S.C. (reference (e)), as they apply to the T2 activities of the Department of Defense.
2. APPLICABILITY
This Directive applies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Military
Departments, the Defense Agencies, and the DoD Field Activities (hereafter referred to
collectively as "the DoD Components").
